🎯 What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Advisor with Italian (KYC/KYB) on our team, you will:

• Manage customer enquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and online platforms.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.
• Provide timely, clear, and compliant resolutions using approved tools and knowledge resources.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring data privacy and internal policy adherence.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and case management.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathetic and professional communication.
• Record all customer interactions accurately within our CRM and case management systems.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately, in line with defined procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities that enhance service excellence.
• Promote relevant products and services by putting customer needs first.

• Are proficient in Italian (B2/C1 level).
• Have a good level of English (B1/B2) for training purposes.
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Possess strong PC skills.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Are available to work on-site in our Bucharest office.
• Previous experience in KYC or KYB is a plus.
