We are looking an experienced card payments professional with expertise in card scheme requirements, certification processes and the implementation of card-related initiatives, working closely with international card schemes.

What will you do?

• Represent the Bank in its operational and technical relationship with Visa and Mastercard;

• Monitor, assess and coordinate the implementation of requirements, mandates and programs issued by international card schemes;

• Coordinate certification and implementation activities for card products and services, including EMV, contactless, 3DS, tokenization and digital wallets;

• Participate in card issuing and acquiring projects, working closely with internal teams, processors and external partners;

• Monitor scheme-related deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-up with relevant stakeholders;

• Contribute to audit and compliance activities related to card scheme requirements and identify associated risks and improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, IT or a related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in card issuing and/or acquiring;

• Experience working with card schemes, processors, card-related projects or certification processes;

• Solid knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and requirements, authorization, clearing and settlement flows, EMV, contactless, 3DS, tokenization, fraud management, dispute management and PCI DSS;

• Advanced proficiency in English (B2-C1), with the ability to understand and interpret technical, operational and compliance documentation;

• Strong analytical, coordination, planning and deadline management skills;

• Availability for business travel, as required.

Nice to have

• Relevant training or certifications from Visa University, Mastercard Academy, EMVCo or PCI-related programs;

• Experience in implementing new products and services in the card and digital payments area;

• Experience coordinating scheme mandates, certifications or cross-functional card initiatives.
