Warehouse Coordinator

In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Coordinates the delivery of raw materials to the points of use of the stock and / or locations provided in the system, in the shortest possible time.
* Records the information related to the raw material received in the computer system (ERP)
* Enter the permanent location of each type of raw material in the computer system (ERP)
* Ensures that the raw material received is inspected by the quality department and then stores it in designated storage locations
* Coordinates the preparation / packaging / loading of finished products
* Coordinates the preparation of production orders for the production department according to the delivery instructions (generated according to the production plan and BOM)
* Implements, organizes and ensures the traceability of the product in all manufacturing processes by recording production phases to subordinate staff, daily
* Supervises and assigns tasks to warehouse operators
* Lead all stock in the warehouse (physical stock should match that in MRP, inventory accuracy stock
* Coordinates daily inventory activities
* Report any supply / delivery issues to the Logistics and Planning Manager
* Evaluates and reports the performance of operators. Train operators and recommend their promotion
* Provides training to new employees as well as to old ones at their request or when they notice that they encounter difficulties in the processes of accomplishing the assigned tasks
* Permanently supervises the management of tools, devices and equipment

For This Role, You Will Need:

* 5-7 years’ experience in production/storage, including team coordination
* Excellent organizational, communication, decision-making and coordination skills
* PC operating skills
* Experience in working with MRP
