• Law school graduate
• 5-year relevant experience
• Very good knowledge of English, legal terminology
• Experience and very good skills in drafting legal documents
• Communicative, efficient, reliable, analytical, flexible and adaptable
• Previous experience working in commercial environment with any ERP system would be a considered a great advantage

• Providing legal opinions
• Drafting several types of agreements and documents
• Ensure that all matters related to the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈good workflow of the department, considering its work, it's fulfilled
• Responsible of its work
• Type up basic legal documents and correspondence
• Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents
• Prepare legal and management reports
• Maintain and update databases
• Provide administrative support and enhance office effectiveness
• Handle communication with clients
• Conduct statistical/documentary research
• Maintain contact lists
• Obtain relevant information from other organizations or official institutions.

In 2005, holding company Grupo Herce successfully finished its first international project: the construction of an apartment building in New York. Consisting of 17 floors occupied by luxury apartments, the building is set in a privileged location in the heart of Manhattan, and is only a few steps away from Fifth Avenue. This new construction company was set up with the aim of developing their activities in the country on a permanent basis. The staff is mostly Romanian, as is the company’s management.
