We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Ford Craiova plant.
You will work with a small team which keep growing to ensure our products meet our organization’s quality standards.

The Quality Resident Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing on-site support (Ford Craiova facility) to resolve quality issues related to products and services. This role requires communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Identify quality issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct measurements, tests or quality inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report progress on quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to communicate quality-related issues and resolutions.
- Sending suspicious parts to the supplier for detailed analysis.
