Back-office agent

Ability to communicate (read, write and speak fluently) in English.
Ability to manage high volumes of electronic communication.

- Prepare related documentation for the vessel calling Constanta port (Bs/L, Cargo manifests, SOF, COO etc.)
- Accurate Pro-Forma D/A’s for river and sea vessels that are calling Constanta, Midia, Mangalia, Tulcea, Galati, Braila Ports;
- Final Disbursement Accounts - Scrutinizing the PDA to negotiate better rates and suggest better alternatives when relevant;
- Creating online voyage in the MSW System;
- Communicating with all parties involved in a shipment;
- Arrival/departure and daily cargo operation reports;
- Issuing invoices for extra services performed for a vessel;
- Motorizing and claim (if case) outstanding amounts related to vessel`s calls;


Previous relevant experience as an Office Ship Agent or similar is a plus.
