Your Responsibilities:
Operational Quality Assurance: Monitor product and process quality in electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT) and support continuous improvement.

• Complaint Management: Handle internal, customer and supplier complaints, including root cause analysis, corrective actions and 8D reports.

• Quality Documentation: Create and maintain inspection plans, work instructions, quality records and Control Plans.

• Production Support: Support manufacturing teams in resolving quality issues and reducing scrap, rework and recurring defects.

• First Article Inspection: Prepare and manage initial sample inspection reports and customer approval documentation.

• Quality-Hub Implementation: Support the rollout of our new Quality-Hub, standardize quality processes, train employees and ensure consistent application.

• Audits & Compliance: Support internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.

• Collaboration with German Site: Ensure close cooperation and regular communication with the German Quality Management team.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification; alternatively, technical vocational training with relevant QM experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or EMS.

• Good understanding of electronic assemblies, manufacturing processes and SMT/THT technology.

• Practical experience in complaint handling such as 8D reporting, root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa) and quality documentation.

• Knowledge of ISO9001; EN9100 or IATF16949 is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills
