Tip contract: full time, perioada determinata 2 ani
Cerinte:
- Absolvent de studii superioare, cu baza solida in domeniu;
- Experienta profesionala de minimum 2 ani in recrutare, incluzand cel putin 1 an dedicat raportarii si utilizarii SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting;
- Cunoasterea sau experienta in implementarea si administrarea unui sistem de management al candidaturilor reprezinta un avantaj;
- Stapanire a limbii engleze la nivel avansat; cunostintele de limba germana sunt considerate un plus;
- Abilitati bune de lucru cu MS Excel si PowerPoint sau aplicatii echivalente din suita Google;
- Persoana organizata, riguroasa, atenta la detalii, cu capacitate de analiza si solide abilitati de comunicare si prezentare;
- Atitudine proactiva, colaborativa, orientata spre gasirea si aplicarea de solutii eficiente in activitatile zilnice.
Descrierea jobului
- Furnizarea suportului si identificarea erorilor in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, utilizand sistemul intern de ticketing si colaborand cu echipa de consultanta internationala;
- Desfasurarea testelor si colaborarea cu echipele interne de consultanta pentru implementarea pachetelor de suport SAP adaptate specificului local;
- Organizarea si sustinerea instruirii utilizatorilor SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, inclusiv actualizarea manualelor si a materialelor de e-learning;
- Elaborarea si analiza rapoartelor periodice si ad-hoc, precum si crearea de dashboard-uri relevante pentru urmarirea proceselor de recrutare la nivel national si regional.
