For one of our dear partners, we are looking for a German-speaking Team Leader to join an international debt collection project in the financiar sector.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, driving operational performance, and improving processes. You will play an important role in supporting the team, ensuring service quality, and contributing to the project's ongoing development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 8 debt collection consultants;

• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and operational targets;

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members;

• Analyze performance results, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports;

• Contribute to the implementation, organization, and optimization of operational processes;

• Maintain effective communication with the external client in Germany and collaborate with internal departments;

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in team coordination or people management, preferably in BPO, Customer Support, Call Center, Back Office, or Credit Collection;

• German language proficiency at an advanced level (minimum C1) - MANDATORY;

• English language proficiency;

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;

• A results-oriented mindset and the ability to monitor and improve team performance;

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle operational challenges;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Experience in debt collection or financial services is an advantage.
