Requirements for success:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment with focus on payroll or compensation topics;
  • High affinity for data.
  • Significant experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable, any other language will be an advantage.
  • High intrinsic focus on quality and detail orientation.
  • Comfortable with the usage of integrated HR systems, with report set-up and running;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and display strong attention to details;
  • Ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.

Descrierea jobului

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
  • Observation of current trends in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
  • Support of the operational HR departments worldwide in the implementation and application of globally standardized policies, systems and processes (taking local requirements into account).
  • Central administration of the grading matrix and evaluation of jobs (job grading).
  • Extraction of salary benchmarks as well as development and maintenance of pay bands.
  • Preparation of the annual compensation review process.
  • Carrying out Group-wide queries concerning compensation.
  • Preparation of reports and handling of ad-hoc inquiries on all above mentioned topics.
