| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
High school (University degree would be an advantage);
Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Very good command of English;
Customer service or sales experience would be an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensures the achievement of sales targets established by the company; direct involvement in the sales process;
Establishes and maintains good relationships with clients, customers;
Advices and trains clients concerning Zapp products and services;
Receives and monitors the clients complaints;
Performs contractual conditions changes upon customer request complying with all company procedures;
Performs stock movements in SUN program related to sold phones (custody) and/or sold accessories, and defective phones swap. |
