CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical University
Minim 2 years experience in maintenance, automation
Knowledge of molding methods and equipment
Knowledge of basic pneumatics
Knowledge of basic electric circuits, control circuits, PLC
Team player, flexibility.
Able to express ideas clearly
English-Advanced

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensure technical support to process and maintenance engineers to keep the functionality of equipments according suppliers recommendations.
Ensure technical support to molding department for production process efficiency.
Obtains all technical documentation for equipments utilization and maintenance.
Perform annual equipments calibration if that required it.
Perform equipments calibrations after parts replace.
Ensure new equipments installations and exploitation according supplier’s recommendations.
Keep in touch with the suppliers for all equipment for changed the information about the performances of equipments
Establishes preventive maintenance activities and frequencies for new equipments
