Developer / Senior Developer

- Overall IT experience – 2-3 years
- Understanding of user access management domain of IT Security especially, typical processes and controls.
- Understanding of security related concepts such as authentication, authorization, role, permissions, groups, rules etc.
- Strong Technical skills in one or more of the following areas
o Mainframe (ACF2, RACF)
o Unix (Sun Solaris, AIX and HPUX)
o Windows AD, NT
o Novell
o OS2
o Databases ( Oracle )
o BMC Control SA or Sun Identity Manager.
o RSA SecureID Administration
o People soft
o AS400
- Experience in leading a team – good people management skills.
- Confidence and drive to take tasks and project to completions within the deadline by taking responsibility.
- Good communication skills – spoken and written.
- Willingness and ability to work with offshore teams.
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day activities and projects within the team to meet deadlines
- Fast learner and effective trainer of new technologies and procedures in a constantly changing environment.

- User access management across platforms such as AD, ACF2, UNIX, NT, Oracle databases per standard set of processes and procedures.
- User access management across applications both custom and standard applications across various platforms per standard set of processes and procedures.
- Troubleshooting user access related issues on platforms and applications.
- Work with an offshore team and assign/delegate tasks, drive tasks and projects to completion with-in deadlines.
- Understand projects requirements anticipate timelines and deliverables and communicate the same to offshore team.
- Learn existing and tools, technologies, processes, procedures and document them per standards and share it with the team members.
- Train the offshore team on new/modified procedures.
- Communicate extensively with end users and offshore team members.
