| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Graduate , preferably with MBA or any Professional Qualification in Management
Total Experience - Between 15-20 years in service industry with 3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience in the BPO / ITES / IT industry
Candidate should be able to manage the operations of an entire Development or Delivery center with 200+ employees
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Focus on maximizing Customer Experience while optimizing costs.
Contribute to the development of short and long term strategic business goals for the center and over all for the organization.
Create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for customers
Ensure systems development integration with strategy with offshore delivery teams
Provide functional support and direction to the sales, presales and the delivery teams
Hold Account and P&L responsibility for the DC
Work out training matrix and identify training needs for teams
Actively involve in mentoring and recruiting senior hires for the center
Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
Strong interpersonal and influence Leadership skills
Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach
Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts
Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools
Expert knowledge of service procedures
Good Communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.
Good analytical skills.
Aptitude for understanding technology
Independent decision making.
Demonstrated Customer services skills
Ability to coach and manage in a combined sales and servicing call center environment
Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts
High level of maturity and capability to handles issues.
