| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Wilkins Lee is seeking a best practices driven web page developer to join our design team. The web page developer position plays a critical role of integrating design elements and server programing into web page interfaces. High quality page markup (HTML/XHTML), CSS & JavaScript skills are a must. Graphic design, AJAX, Flash or programming (PHP,.NET, etc) skills are a big plus.
A web page developer's primary role is to code page markup using W3C validated XHTML/HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Based on your skill sets, developers often play a role in graphic design, server side programming, and Flash/ActionScript development.
Successful candidates must be highly driven to succeed, have a solid knowledge of object oriented programming theory, PHP frameworks and advanced application development.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Typical Tasks:
========
* Chopping site theme graphics into web pages
* Transforming web pages into XSLT templates for use in our CMS
* Stylizing page content
* JavaScript programming
Requirements:
=========
* Experience developing in PHP 5
* Experience with advanced application development
* Excels at building highly reusable code following proper programming theory and best practices
* Solid oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
* Detail oriented and well organized
Bonus:
=====
* Experience using or developing coding frameworks
* Familiarity with Mambo/Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, osCommerce, phpBB and other open source applications.
* ASP or .NET experience
* LINUX server admin experience
* Advanced JavaScript and Ajax experience
* Flash / AS 2.0 development experience
* Ad Agency experience
* Understanding of web best practices
