CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Purchase goods and services against the most economical and ethical manner from reliable sources, maintaining optimal quality, reliability and applicable law and regulations.
- • Reviews Requests for bids from engineering to ensure that all required information is included.
- • Prepares inquiries.
- • Transmits completed inquiry packages to selected vendors.
-• Expedites vendor quotations
-• Prepares commercial evaluation of bids
-• Handles routine communications with vendors during bid review.
-• Prepares Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Amendments for review and approval.
-• Updates and maintains Purchasing internal records |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Technical/Commercial University Degree
- at least 2 years experience in the same job
- English Proficiency
-Computer proficiency |
