Job description:
- Guarantee an optimal answering of calls within the team
- Active support of the Customer Advisors, if the defined quality parameters are not reached
- Guarantee of reaching the given quantity and quality targets
- Contact person between team and operational manager
- Coaching the team
- Finding new and more efficent processes and ways to handle tasks
- Coordination of breaks
- Integration of new team members
- Coordinates, directs and controls the activity of the operational team
- Actively participates to team and department meetings
- Positively motivates and offers feedback to the Contact Centre agents
- Ensure that all relevant information about the current activity and service quality is passed
