Requirements:

* University degree [Polytechnics, Computer Science, Cybernetics]
* Knowledge in Project Management
* Experience building and deploying web applications with J2EE
* Good knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one Database Management System (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Knowledge of web-related client-side technologies
* Knowledge of Web 2.0 concepts and applications (blogging, tagging, social bookmarking, wiki)
* Familiar with at least one scripting language
* Solid foundation in development processes, best practices and design patterns.
* Ability to understand complex technical information is a must.
* Analytical, problem solving and planning skills
* Highly enthusiastic, creative, with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
* Customer-centric thinking.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Role:

Delivers complete solutions for New Services targeting external customers. Finds and proposes the proper solution to implement/ customize/ upgrade/ integrate a specific system based on business requirements analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyses new services and systems and finds technical solutions to implement them; assesses the implementation impact on the current networks.
- Proactively proposes new services, trials and prototypes.
- Captures requirements, assists the internal clients to define the functional specifications for the proposed services and applications.
- Leads the project from the technical perspective (keep the project plan, adjust procedures).
- Produces documents like Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Evaluation Matrix, Integration Plans, Handover agreements.
- Organizes bids for vendor selection, sets agreements and contracts.
- Conducts Acceptance Tests for supplied services in accordance to the quality criteria.
- Analyses new technologies and service models and writes reports and recommendations.
- Performs the hand-over of the projects to Operational departments.
