Manager, IT Account Management

Requirements:

• University degree (Economic/ IT)
• 3+ years of proven experience in large IT implementation projects
• Proven experience in Telecom area, preferably within a mobile operator
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in a people management role
• Project management certificate
• Budgeting skills
• English – fluently

Role:

Lead the group of Business Analysts to manage the IT demand from business departments. Act as consultant for business needs, assure business requirements capture and translate into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase awareness of the impact of client departments’ initiatives on other projects or IT systems and provide consultancy to client departments
• Ensure understanding of business needs and business requirements
• Ensure the planning of the assessments phase of the projects
• Coordinate and manage the day to day activities assessments
• Ensure the detailed business requirements gathering for each new project
• Act as an escalation point for the issues arisen until the assessment phase is finished in the evaluation phase of the projects
• Ensure that the appropriate standards, procedures and guidelines are established and used until the evaluation phase is finished within evaluation phase
• Offer support and coaching for team members to ensure high performance of the team
• Address conflicting priorities within the team and with other departments, at his/her level of authority
• Support Account Management and Architecture Associate Director to manage the relationship with client departments, to manage the IT demand in line with the architecture and release management process
• Ensure definition of the business architecture, capture a common business vocabulary and structure the business use-case model
• Participate to definition of Architecture Roadmap
• Offer support to Account Management and Architecture Associate Director in budget management activities
• Review and improve current processes in IT demand management area
