IT System Analyst

• Minim 2 years similar experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business
• Technical University degree
• Detailed knowledge of the operational and business support systems within the cable and telecommunications branch
• Good knowledge of IT Processes
• Experience in IT Projects
• General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
• Fluency in English verbal and written
• Very good computer literacy

• Identify the IT demands from the UPC business units, gather, analyze and define business and technical requirements, estimate or obtain the estimate for demand costs and effort.
• Responsible for developing cost analyses, design considerations, and implementation time-lines.
• Responsible for feasibility studies before making recommendations to senior management
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. Works with applications owner’s personnel to identify required changes
• Manage all acquisition requests from UPC regions and headquarters on IT equipments and consumables and direct the requests to the approval workflow
• Defines/reviews and edits functional requirements, specifications, and business processes according with the business needs
• Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client’s satisfaction. Manages internal client expectations effectively.
• Assist and support the improvement of IT processes
• Assist and support testing team
• Communicate and follow-up status on each request on proactively manner
