e-Business Analyst

- A good understanding of the Automotive Business
- Excellent knowledge of EDI standards, VDA, EDIFACT and Odette message know- how.
- Founded knowledge in the ATOS Integration Manager, (Knowledge of V3.0 or higher is preferred).
- This includes all configurations, mapping and scripting tasks on the EDI system.
- At a minimum UNIX knowledge, AIX is preferred.
- Oracle database V9.0 or higher.
- SSH, SFTP, HTTP, Webserver, Java, Perl, OFTP, AS2, ISDN and X31 configurations.
- Automotive logistic knowledge and process handling experience e.g. Kanban, consignment, SMI, JIT/JIS.
- Founded ERP system knowledge, special in the interface handling using ALE of IDOC’s for SAP 4.7 or SNF for MFGPRO Version EB2 or higher.
- Good verbal communication skills - ability to communicate effectively in person to a wide range of people
- Language skills: English and German verbal & written language skills. English is the team language. German will be needed to support all main German customers and suppliers during project and helpdesk tasks.
- Ablility to work effectively as part of a decentralized virtual European team. Teamwork is requested.
- Ability to work without close supervision as part of a virtual global organization
- Ability to communicate with partners, create a trusty relationship and understand multi-cultural differences
- An appropriate professional qualification like a University Degree in IT or as Engineer or similar University qualifications
- At least 3 years job experience in the ERP and EDI area.
- ATOS Integration Manager with a minimum of 2 years.
- ERP System knowledge (SAP 4.7 or QAD EB2 is preferred) with a minimum of 2 years

- To deliver TRW the best service, with the highest quality and the lowest possible costs
- Support existing eBusiness application in TRW
- Analyse, development and optimisation of eBusiness Processes in TRW
- Coordination of implementing new functionalities together with internal and external companies.
- Keep TRW eBusiness solutions up to date by analysing new developments in this area and implementing beneficial solutions. Support for ERP systems interface connected to eBusiness area according to the Service Level Agreements
- Analyzing customer processes and format description to create or maintain eBusiness work flows and mappings.
- Monitoring the EDI System, analyze errors and solve those problems
- Help desk services (email and phone)
- Create and coordinate new eBusiness channels with customers and suppliers and provide solutions at the related ERP systems
- Support ERP system changes, upgrades and hardware moves
- Coordinate communication in processing problems between TRW and eBusiness partners
- Work in a European decentralized team by using all available communication methods
- Business travels must be supported by request to support European TRW locations or team meetings
- Training for users
