Trainer/ Quality Coach in Cluj-Napoca with Italian & English

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in our company
• To strive to achieve the quality and business operational KPI targets, understand the quality procedures as well as the specific tools for improvement
• Analyzing business metrics and data by identifying incoming traffic causes as well as impacts that derive from this for both the business and customers
• Language skill: Excellent Italian written and verbal language skills and strong English language skills
• IT skills: Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Be self-motivated to continuously improve as well as be able to receive and give feedback
• Be skilled at identifying and solving problems, both individually and within a group
• Demonstrate our values and have a clear vision for how these values can be applied in a training position
• Collaborate frequently with many other teams and be able to demonstrate clear verbal and written communication
• Have an eye for detail and organization

• Conducting trainings and improving training material when necessary; improving coaching tasks as well
• Being a mentor and guide for agents for quality improvement. Bridging agents and team managers with regular quality reports
• Analyzing incoming feedback from clients both individually and at the team level
• Conducting policy meetings and calibrations. Compile and publish policy updates and changes (direct contact with the client)
• Being practical and finding new ways of reducing the customer`s effort and improving quality procedures
• Coordinating, developing and applying specific team actions as well as action plans for agents along with the Management and Quality team
• Implementing of new processes and process changes
• Ensure compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Security and Protection Standards
