Job requirements:

 University degree;
 Proven experience in designing, providing and developing training programs is mandatory;
 Fluent English, spoken and written;
 Computer proficiency;
 Availability for traveling in the country;
 Excellent team player, reliable, organized and pro-active;
 Accurate, with very good communication skills, proving a confidential and professional approach.

The nominee will identify internal training needs, design and provide training for Alpha Bank Romania, make training related development and implementation advice and prepare specific reports for Management; she/ he will administrate training database, identify and liaise with in-house and external trainers and contribute to preparation of the annual training plan and budget.
