CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
2-3 years experience in leading technical positions;
Minimum 2 years experience with C/C++
Experience in embedded/wireless - advantage
Knowledge in telephony - advantage
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
TESTING TEAM LEADER
3 years actual experience in managing Testing teams;
3 years experience in Testing/QA;
Experience in wireless environment advantage;
Software engineering knowledge - advantage;
Experience with (automatic) testing tools advantage;
Initiative, perseverance, well organized thinking manner;
Good communication skills .

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Software development;
Responsible for communicating/representing technical knowledge gained;
Responsible for checking, validating, and approving designs and implementations;
TESTING TEAM LEADER
Producing, managing and acting upon test plans for the teams assigned tasks;
Implementing, monitoring and guiding the team on the methodology, practices and processes of the testing group;
Reviewing and commenting on product specifications and designs;
Providing product feed-back and submitting enhancement requests.
