IT MANAGER

-Technical University Degree
-Ability to effectively deal with crisis situations, such as IT systems failure
-Team leader with strong interpersonal skills
-3 years expirience in „enterprise” administration of operating systems, communications and IT resources; 1 year supervisory or managerial experience
-Ability to work with short deadlines
-People Management experience is a plus

-Responsible for day-to-day management of IT Department
-Supervises and manages ongoing operational support of company network and communications infrastructure ensuring highest level of systems availability
-Supervises and manages the monitoring and maintenance of issue tracking, related to the network and help desk, to identify potential problem areas and take a proactive approach to addressing them
-Manages and maintains, along with the Systems Engineer all IT related hardware/software ensuring optimum performance and highest level of availability
-Performs research, provides recommendation and implement company wide solutions that support the IT functions of the business units
-Participates in budget planning. Ensures adherence to budget goals by monitoring costs
-Prepares or approves project plans that provide timely and accurate information systems services
-Develops and implements process improvements for company IT operations
-Recommends and implements IT policy and procedures within company.
