- Receiving, recording and distributing the company’s electronic and written correspondence (e-mails/ faxes / letters);
- Translating different documents into English or from English to Romanian
- Answers phone calls (taking messages, forwarding to proper department)
- Preparation of conference rooms, reunions, receiving guests and protocol activities;
- Client services;
- Ensures the office with supplies and utilities.
