Then you will have the role of:
- strengthen the Brasov Prospecting team and ensure proximity management for 5 prospectors;
- coordinate and motivate the team in order to achieve the established targets/ objectives;
- ensure the transfer of tasks to team members and intervene in resolving difficult situations;
- create a positive work environment, ensuring the individual and collective coaching of the team.
