Team Assistant

• Preferable University Studies;
• Experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year);
• Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English;
• Great organizing skills and events coordination;
• Interested in development in a young technological environment.

• Maintain the agenda of the Senior Manager Team and assist in planning appointments, managing meetings, conferences etc. for the team;
• Make travel arrangements for the Team when needed (flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents);
• Coordinate with other functions for different internal projects (with HR for internal events & processes, with Finance for different moments of audit or month closing, Purchasing for acquisition, etc.);
• Organize meetings as a project owner working with collaborating with different team members;
• Handle expense claims for the events;
• Handle and prioritize outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
• Draft formal letters and emails when needed;
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible;
• Support regarding reporting activities and working with internal systems.
