| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are searching for dynamic and committed people with team-player capabilities and potential for learning and applying de-facto technologies in a highly demanding environment.
If you are a beginner and you have good programming skills (in Java core and web) and show capability towards quickly learning new technologies you are also welcome to apply, as full training is provided (1-3 months).
Programming skills:
- OOP concepts (good/very good)
- Java core knowledge (good)
- Web concepts - basic understanding: HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of advanced web technologies (are a plus): J2EE, Jakarta Struts, JSP, Ajax, XML
- Software architecture concepts (are a plus):
Soft skills:
- English (good)
- team player, communication skills
- German (is a plus)
- knows how to have fun (is a plus)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The job will involve working on challenging and interesting projects with a dynamic and young team.
You will travel in Europe (Vienna, Budapest) for trainings, project meetings and requirements gathering.
You will work as part of a multinational group with true large enterprise wide systems, complex architectures, real life constrains (speed, performance, nonstop systems availability).
You will learn top of the line IBM and open source solutions and technologies:- IBM DB2 – database server solutions
- IBM Websphere – application server
- IBM Rational Application Developer – the Eclipse IDE customized by IBM
- IBM online meeting and collaboration tools
- Gforge CDE - Collaborative Development Environment
- Struts - open source framework
- Advanced web technologies - J2EE, JSP, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML
