The team you will be part of offers ESG consulting services for the real estate sector. You will have a direct impact #together with the ESG Team to change Romania for the better on the Sustainability side, to create a better environment for us and for future generations.

Requirements

Experience in working in the built environment
Experience in implementing sustainability and ESG initiatives in projects or organisations
Ability to communicate effectively as well as possessing numerical, analytical, and graphical skills
An understanding of the interdependencies of sustainability aspects and impacts in the built environment
Ability to work on a range of projects across different sectors and scales
Exemplary written and spoken English, with experience of report writing and presentations
Confident team player, able to work well within a team
Time and project management skills
Organized and diligent person
Research capabilities and capable of taking the initiative
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)

Can be an advantage:
Experience or knowledge of sustainability (Green and healthy buildings certifications: LEED /BREEAM/ WELL, ESG Reporting or ESG initiatives, LCA, Carbon Accounting)
Autocad proficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in environmental science or engineering

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

Participate together with the team at selling the Sustainability services – green and healthy buildings certifications ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄(LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Access4You and others)
Coordinate offers and contracts
Managing clients’ relationship in regards with the signed contracts
Coordination of project meetings and supplying of regular reports, execution of calculation and verification of credits’ feasibility, credits documentation
Coordinating the entire certification process, from registration until certification of a project
