| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job Description
Be responsible for providing administrative support to Managing Director
Take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, type and proofread letters, complex reports
Take and transcribe dictation, actively prepare presentation and proposal documents as well as and other miscellaneous materials
Compose routine correspondence
Maintain business activity calendar and make travel arrangements for Managing Director
Provide general administration services such as ordering of general supplies, systems organization, order processing etc.
Organize offsite group meetings: co-ordinate attendees, agenda, international attendees, hotel accommodation/conference set-up and distribution of minutes |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Preffered experience
High School Certificate
5 year plus secretarial experience at senior management level
Interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
Significant expertise with compiling presentation materials and spreadsheets is highly desirable Knowledge of office applications (MS Office, Internet etc)
Be able to multi-task in a highly matrixed environment
Fluent knowledge of English
