| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job Description
Location: Prague, Czech Republic.
To manage queries (over the phone, by fax and by email)
To conduct pricelist, order acceptance/placing orders, customer order
To update contract and equipment databases
To provide billing support
To cooperate with other divisions within company |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Preffered experience
High school degree/university degree
Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of French language
English on a communicative level
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong cutomer service skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
