Subject Matter Expert - General Ledger


- The ideal candidate should have 3+ years GL accounting management experience in a multinational company
- Very good command of English is required
- Experience in General Accounting, Closing and Reporting process
- Accounting certification is desirable (CECCAR, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
- Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms
- Project Management exposure
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for project implementation




Subject Matter Expert - Accounts Payable


- The ideal candidate should have 3+ years exposure in managing Accounts Payable or Travel and Expense teams
- Strong operations experience in AP Domain
- Accounting qualification
- Very good command of English is required
- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
- Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Hands-on experience on any of the major ERP platforms
- Project Management exposure
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for project implementation

Subject Matter Expert - General Ledger


- Expert in delivering solutions for various General Accounting, Closing and Reporting services for Genpact’s customers
- Offers functional guidance for ERP implementation, implementation of accounting tools and platforms and/or providing process excellence support using six-sigma/ lean methodologies
- Communicates with the Internal and External stakeholders including the project management team
- Ability to adapt to various accounting systems able to interpret the needs and requirements of the clients
- Support controllership in the General Accounting, Closing and Reporting area, providing expertise to the ongoing operation and the new transitions



Subject Matter Expert - Accounts Payable


- Expert in delivering solutions for various Accounts Payable services for Genpact’s customers
- Offers functional guidance for ERP implementation, suggesting best practices and implementation of accounting tools and platforms
- Communicates with the Internal and External stakeholders including the project management team
- Ability to adapt to various accounting systems able to interpret the needs and requirements of the clients
- Support controllership in the General Accounting, Closing and Reporting area, providing expertise to the ongoing operation and the new transitions
