| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PERSON – higher weighting more important
• 10 – excellent knowledge with regards to the indirect materials used for electronic manufacturing process (solder alloys, fluxes, solder pastes, adhesives, conformal coating materials)
• 10 – relevant knowledge of the functions of the equipments and tools used for FA Lab, such as: ion chromatography, FTIR, metallography, SEM/EDX, solderability, etc.
• 10 – excellent reasoning ability - to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• 10 – strong problem-solving ability - solves problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways, can work on multiple, complex problems
• 10 – Bachelors or Master degree in electronics or production technology or materials science or chemistry or physics or similar education
• 10 – excellent English conversational communication and presentation skills
• 9 – Strong knowledge with regards to all PCA manufacturing, repair and test process and equipments
• 9 – Computer literate – MS Office
• 9 - Customer passion - demonstrates and drives others to listen to, interpret, and exceed customers' expectations - internal and external
• 8 – 3 years of experience within an Electronic Manufacturing Environment

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
ROLE – Failure Analyst – Chemistry Science Engineer is responsible for:
• Perform and coordinate test and analysis in order to determine the root causes of failures of the PCAs coming out from the fabrication process
• Optimize and improve analysis process
• Solves complex problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways
• Support operations team in order to determine the root cause of failure from production process
• Support sales team in key-customer projects by providing expertise and connectional technology proposal.
• Conclude on the results of performed tests and analysis, issue the report and advice on corrective actions which would be required in order to solve the failure
• Contribute to technology roadmaps development
• Identify in-house areas requiring
• Consult customer on project base
• Provide training to European operations as need
• Drive international investigation projects
