To sustain the expansion and the internationalization of InterClean product Intersoft offers now the opportunity of joining the 25 specialists Romanian team as a 2nd line support officer that:
- will analyze the issue submitted in the bug tracking system
- will document, describe and give resolution to these issues
- will sustain the 3rd line of support with information that helps solving the issues
- will define changes and own them until they are released to customers
- will improve customer experience and software usability
- will maintain close relationship with 1st line of support located at customer sites

The 2nd and 3rd line support for this product is currently located in Romania.
