SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - MARKETING

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing department. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content and managing our social media presence across various platforms. From developing creative campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving customer engagement.


You will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluency in English; - additional languages are a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and develop comprehensive social media campaigns to increase brand and product awareness.
Design and execute our social media strategy, identifying consumer needs and addressing them through relevant communication activities.
Create, post, and update engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Utilize and expand our organic social media reach to connect with communities.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize insights to optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategies.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and campaign performance.
Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies in social media.
Analyze customer expectations based on past social media activity.
Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
Engage with customers and followers to foster community interaction.
Utilize social media marketing tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
Establish relationships with social media influencers to expand our network.
