CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Advanced knowledge of IT products
Experience in procurement processes, preferably on IT market
Proficiency in English required
German language of advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Carries out all purchasing activities gathered within SBS projects with a low to medium degree of difficulty and/or larger Purchasing Volume (PVO), with the objective of optimizing supply and gathering a contribution to the profit of the projects.
Monitors / Ensures roll-out of contracts for location/project specific demand in coordination with Project Manager / Unit Manager
Ensures timely availability of material/services derived by project requirements in cooperation with PM / UM
Provides project support in GBU's to ensure transfer of purchasing know-how
Conducts procurement market research studies, establish Material/Service Group Dossiers
Provides procurement price forecasts and internal figures to supply basic data for planning and reporting
Processes customers / supplier orders
Performs Supplier Management for local GBU/region specific demand
Secures second sourcing strategies
Pushes design to cost and target costing process on demand and with agreement of each Project Manager/Proposal Manager
Is the interface between project staff, the SBS purchasing network and the procurement market
