Search Engine Optimization Specialist

As a SEO Specialist you’ll play a crucial role in improving organic search results for websites. Your expertise will drive more leads and revenue for our business.
For this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Your responsibilities will involve enhancing organic search engine rankings on a global scale and collaborating with our content team to create SEO-driven content.

Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Ø Keyword Research and Optimization:
o Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant terms.
o Optimize website content, including copy and landing pages, for search engine optimization (SEO).
o Continuously expand and refine keyword opportunities.
Ø Content Strategy:
o Research and implement content recommendations to enhance organic SEO success.
o Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.
o Manage communication with internal and external parties responsible for actions that are part of our SEO strategy (marketing content creators, paid search marketing, translators, website developers, etc.).
Ø Link Building:
o Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
o Analyze competitor advertising links.
Ø Technical SEO:
o Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
o Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Ø Analytics and Reporting:
o Track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.
o Review and expand portfolio via domain acquisitions and micro-websites.

Requirements and Skills:
o Proven and deep understanding of SEO practices and ranking strategies to help back up SEO program decisions.
o Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition.
o In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
o Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
o Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
o Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
