| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree (studies in economic or technical field / social sciences )
• Minimum 1 years experience in similar position
• Fluency in English ( written, spoken, reading )
• Very good knowledge of PC ( Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint )
• Project management experience (advantage)
• Knowledge in managerial documents redaction
• Planning and organizing operations and activities
• Organising and learning skills, flexibility, adaptability, professional attitude
• Intuitive, enthusiastic and dynamic person
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Organising the daily activities of General Manager and assuring the needed administrative support : travel arrangements, appointments & events
• Asisting the General Manager in working meetings
• Assuring of protocol documents / correspondence redaction
• Organising general interest documents of the company
• Asisting the General Manager and Departaments Managers in implementing and developing new project
