CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Main roles and responsibilities :

Office Management
• Organise Monthly Team Building Events
• Sourcing new office supplier and negotiating contracts whenever necessary
• Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met at all times
• Collating and maintaining all policies such, as office insurance, travel insurance, data control, etc
• Assist Operations Director with weekly update report and the investors letters

General Admin
• Deal with all issue to do with the day to day running of the office
• Ensure that agreed office supplies are available at all times
• Place stationery orders when required
• Ensure the post is done on a daily basis
• Look after all the meeting room bookings
• Book travel and flights whenever necessary, using the company credit card.
• Deals with all consultant’s queries
IT
• Delegate to IT support for any IT operations as required
• Bookkeeping

Personnel
• Ensuring the Xoomworks employment guide is up to date
• Keeping Private Medical Scheme up to date
• Keeping pension scheme up to date
• Ensure all holdaiy and sickness records are kept up to date
• Keep a records of all staff details and inform payroll of all changes
• Help organizing recruiting or open office events
