| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Intermediate level sales professional with services and market knowledge;
-Relevant sales experience, preferable in Mobile Telephony, Insurance, FMCG area;
-Fluency in Romanian and English;
-PC (Word, Excel, Power Point);
-Driving license-B category-mandatory;
-Decisiveness, analytical thinking, self management, accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
-Good interpersonal skills;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company services within a designated geographic territory or by type of customers; -Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting specific customer problems;
-Sells and stimulates demand for company services with existing and new customers in a given geographic area in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with sales targets of the department;
-Searches for, identifies and develops leads from lists, publications and given information to increase market share in the territory;
-Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to his superior;
-Negotiates the terms and conditions with the customers;
-Ensures that all services & products are professionally introduced;
- Travel trough the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers;
-Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new product/services etc;
