CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For the Romanian Software Company, located in Iasi, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER that will have to coordinate a very important project in collaboration with the Italian structure. The project is estimated at approximately 20.000 man-days for a team of about 30 developers (both romanian and italian).
The ideal candidate should have:
- BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is mandatory
- 3-5+ yrs industry experience in Java and J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services)
- 2+ yrs solid development experience with at least one major J2EE Application Server (BEA, Websphere, JBoss)
- Good knowledge of SQL, UML, object oriented design and design patterns
- Proficiency in Oracle, Hibernate, Struts, XML/XSL
- Good analytical skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work hard under tight schedules
- Good command of English
Desired skills:
- Java Developers Certification
- Database development and design experience with SQL and Oracle
- Experience with automated Java build and test software (Ant, Cruise Control, JUnit
