SHOP MANAGER

- University degree;
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions in the best interest of the business;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- High energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated person;
- Advanced written and verbal English skills;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The Shop Manager is responsible for organizing and managing stores and leading highly motivated teams. This requires a minimum of 3 – 5 years proven management experience at the point of sale with a leadership style that inspires motivation and enthusiasm.
Our successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, passion for customer service and product.
Primary Job Tasks:
- Will be responsible for hiring decisions in assigned store;
- Will ensure newly hires employees review and understand the position and description;
- Will train and develop using corporate training materials;
- Will focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Will be responsible for the monthly store management budget;
- Will perform market research and will signal the market opportunities and threats;
- Will propose the monthly sales plan;
- Will be responsible for the achievement of the team sales target;
- Will be responsible for drawing up the note entry, operating the cash register, keep records on stock management, returns and balances.
