| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Skills Required:
Fluency in Romanian (native speakers or excellent knowledge) and English
Higher Education Degree (Computer Science / Marketing / Business Administration / Economics) or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of IT market (Private & public sector).
Proven Sales experience in IT market (3 years minimum)
Strong commercial skills and target orientation.
High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills.
Human resource management skills

Job Description:
The IT Sales Manager will help to shape the companys practice in a fast growing market, and will be responsible for the following:
Existing Account Management
New Account development - identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements
Working with and developing relationships with Local IT Companies to drive revenue and maximise customer service in both private & public sector.
Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Country Manager.
Recruitment of Sales consultants and Sales support employees
Management of sales consultants pipe-lines to ensure they can meet set targets
