National Support Manager (NSM)

Title: Manager Division: Distributor Relations division

Reports to: Managing Director, International Distributor Relations division (IDR), S.W.E.A.R. International, inc.
(USA); and Director, SC Berttina Com Srl, (Bucharest)

Position Based at: Bucharest, Romania

Job Purpose: To implement and manage S.W.E.A.R.’s Distributor Satisfaction programs.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
01. Assist S.W.E.A.R. (IDR) to plan, create and implement strategy for distributor satisfaction program.
02. Assist to plan, create and implement performance training program for TSR’s.
03. Help establish and maintain system for measuring TSR’s performance.
04. Monitor, measure and report to IDR plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
05. Manage, control and approve TSR performance pay per requirements of S.W.E.A.R’s (IDR).
06. Liaise directly with Distributors on behalf of S.W.E.A.R.’s (IDR) to recruit service feedback and to ensure
the success of S.W.E.A.R.’ s distributor satisfaction commitment.
07. Conduct field visits and perform TSR inspections as directed by S.W.E.AR.’s (IDR).
08. Assist in recruitment of additional TSRs as S.W.E.A.R.’s (IDR) directs.
09. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc as required by S.W.E.A.R.’s (IDR).
10. Develop Self and maintain knowledge relevant to this job description at all times.

Experience and skills requirements:
The following experience, skills and abilities are all mandatory: to demonstrate excellent English speaking and writing skills; current management experience; to demonstrate expert time management skills; to demonstrate professional problem solving techniques; to conduct presentations and seminars; to demonstrate literacy with excel, email and word programs; and to demonstrate expert report writing and budget techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $350 (USD) month; $450 per month after successful 90 day evaluation; Major salary adjustment after completion of first anniversary along with annual Performance Bonus; vacation; health & more.
