| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- have a university degree, preferably in economics
- be experienced in management and supervising the company’s commercial activities
- be experienced in management and supervising the company
- be experienced in working with distributors and DIY clients
- be experienced in conducting negotiations
- be knowledgeable about creating cost policy, promotion and distribution policy, building processes in trade company
- excellent leadership and management skills
