CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Our Customer is an international German-based IT-service provider which is present for several years on the Romanian market. The company is the general distributor for one of Western Europe's leading ERP solutions, which is used by more than 60.000 users in over 20 countries and 11 languages with 30 years of market experience. In addition to that our customer offers an innovative CRM-Solution and IT Integration Services.

For our client’s Romanian Headquarters in Bucharest we are looking for a

Managing Director

Requirements:
• University degree preferably in Economics or an IT related field.
• Proven track record in a management position of an IT Service provider, IT System Integrator or producer of software solutions.
• Experience in the sales of complex (Software-) IT-Systems.
• Excellent management-skills
• Professional, customer and result oriented approach,
• Good command of English, German would be a plus
• Driver’s license


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Manage the daily business of the company
• Develop and implement the company’s sustainable growth strategy.
• Extend the company’ customer and services portfolio
• Support the sales team in complex projects.
• Participate at contract negotiations / contract closing
• Report to the Management in Germany
