Managing and organizing the Director's agenda;
Organizes and facilitates meetings (internal and external customers/partners);
Provides administrative support for management including , business trip arrangements (hotel reservations, flight, etc);
Organization and monitoring of office supplies;
Providing administrative support to the Manager
