Network Deployment Supervisor - CDMA Division (S-ND)

• University level: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
• +5 years of related Mobile Operator experience
• +3 year of Team Leader or Project Manager experience
• Previous Radio Network Deployment experience represents and advantage
• Good knowledge of Radio Transmission technologies and protocols. CDMA technology knowledge represents an advantage
• Good understanding of a Mobile Operator organization
• Good Communication and Coordination skills
• Ability to manage resources (time, people, budget)
• Ability to deliver results in time
• Ability to identify and prioritize critical tasks
• Ability to find quick effective solutions
• Good written and spoken English language skills.

• Coordinates the implementation of new BTS sites in line with the Business Case assumptions: planned number of BTS per year and costs for transport, Civil Works
• Coordinates the implementation for relocation of BTSes in areas with higher number of potential customers
• Interfaces with RNPO department for site designs, with Wholesale for collocation with other operators; with Real Estate for site rental framework; with subcontractors for Site Acquisition, Civil Works, BTS Installation and Acceptance
• Communicates closely with RNPO Manager to align site rollout with site design assumptions
• Establishes deployment KPIs for measuring the quality parameters of the implementation process
• Ensures that the Network Deployment team has all the resources available for its specific activities
• Monitors the Network Deployment processes for efficiency and optimal resource usage
• Prioritizes and closely monitor the critical tasks
• Ensures the quality of the Network Deployment deliverable: BTS installation
• Ensures that the Network Deployment engineers benefit from the right support from the company to deliver results in a timely manner.
