Marketing Coordinator

JERRY'S PIZZA - Romania’s Nr. 1 pizza delivery company for 10 years - is looking for YOU to join its management team. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is as crazy about pizza as we are and who is ready to take us to the next level in our marketing efforts.

Ideally you are someone who has worked a couple of years in marketing at a junior level and wants to move up to coordinate their own brand, have great creative ideas, and want to put those ideas in practice.

We are definitely not looking for someone who thinks that throwing money at a problem will solve it. We are not looking for someone who thinks that marketing can be coordinated solely from the office. We are not looking for someone who needs a team to hide behind in order to get something done. And we are certainly not looking for a YES-Man.

We are looking for a person who realizes that advertising is more than media buying and that marketing is an integral part of our sales process. We are looking for someone who knows how to tie marketing to sales and to get the most out of both. We are looking for someone who wants to proudly say “I helped build the JERRY’S PIZZA brand!”

What will I be responsible for?
Everything. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and implementing all the ATL & BTL activities of the JERRY'S PIZZA brand.

Will I be doing this alone?
No. Lucky for you, you’ll be working directly with the JERRY’S PIZZA store managers, ad agencies, media companies, and even Jerry himself.

Will I get to do various things?
Yes. One day you might be working with the ad agency to develop the creative for the next print campaign while the next day you might be working with the store managers to develop direct marketing strategies and coordinating their database mining efforts.

Do I have to do anything boring?
Yes. Unfortunately there will be the occasional boring meeting that you’ll need to attend. Or a budget or report that you’ll need to complete, but that’s all part of the job.

Do I need any special skills or experience?
Yes. You need to have a minimum of 2 yrs in brand management or in advertising [and being the secretary or the office boy doesn’t count]. You need to have a university degree in advertising or marketing. And, of course, you need to have been able to read this ad by yourself.
